Our service was started to fill a need in this area that was not being addressed before Black Tie Concierge Services came on the scene - namely the ability to delegate tasks that our customers needed done and could not find the time to do. Barbara Wellman has many years of experience to fall back on in the service industry and felt this was a niche that needed somebody NOW!
